If you need to return an item, you may do so by contacting us, and receiving RA number. We will gladly refund your purchase price only. Item must be in original packaging and in new condition. We will gladly refund your purchase price. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Special order and sale items cannot be returned. Items that have been worn or laundered cannot be returned. Items should be inspected upon receipt of item, and keep the original packaging. Monkey Toes shoes are considered special order, and cannot be returned. Nuseryworks items require that you contact us within 7 days and digital photos are required. Please contact us with any questions you may have. Some items must be returned to the company that makes that item.
